An Italian 2nd war issue Army officers peaked cap. The bullion badge to the front shows a flaming grenade in gilt bullion wire with a black velvet centre with the number 1 in the centre. Beneath the grenade are crossed axes, and to either side are lightning bolts. The cap is maker marked LA BERETTA & CO. MILANO-ROMA-TORINO-NAPOLI- MODENA. VG+++ to better condition. |
